How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to France for orders over €60. Shipping to other countries depends on your location.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Delivery time depends on your country of residence.
On average, from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive your parcel, it takes around 2 to 3 days for European countries (we ship from France).
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is sent.
Why haven't I received my order confirmation details?
Most of the time this is due to entering the wrong e-mail address when purchasing or registering on our site.
Please also check that our e-mails do not land in your SPAM box, as this does happen occasionally.
If you think you've entered the wrong e-mail address, contact us and we'll correct it for you.
I've entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Don't worry, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to change it for you.
Simply e-mail your corrected address to contact@bye-pain.com with your order number and we'll make the changes.
How can I return my item?
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your order. All returned products must be in perfect working order and complete.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, as we offered you free shipping when you placed your order.
Simply contact us at contact@bye-pain.com and we'll give you the return address.
Upon receipt, you will be reimbursed in full via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
My parcel shows delivery made but I haven't received anything.
This is very rare, but it may happen that the postal service in your country has made a mistake.
In this case, please contact us by e-mail at contact@bye-pain.com with your order number and full address so that we can check with the carrier concerned.
Please also provide us with this certificate duly completed.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, send us an e-mail to contact@bye-pain.com, and you will be given the choice of a refund or exchange.
